摘要 尾矿库是开采金属矿以及其他非金属矿物的矿山企业排放尾矿的场所,一般由尾矿堆存系统、排洪系统和回水系统这几部分构成。尾矿库是一个人造泥石流隐患的危险源,如果发生溃坝,将造成巨大的灾害和损失。对同一尾矿库的多个监测点建立一个综合监测网,实现了尾矿库监测项目中无线传感网络的实时监测,实现信号完整、可靠地传输,使远处的管理人员可以通过远程监测了解尾矿库状况。多种测量单元在现场构成有20多个点实时监测的无线传感器网络,20多个点的监测数据由一个集汇器通过GSM/GPRS实现远程数据发送。详尽介绍了基于ZigBee技术的传感器节点和汇聚节点的设计、软件设计等。 Tailing dam is the place where enterprises of the metal ores exploitation and other non-metallic mineral mining discharge tailings,which generally is composed of tailings impoundment system,drainage system and the backwater system. The tailing dam has man-made debris flow hazard risks. If the dam collapsed,it would cause huge losses and disasters. In this paper,a comprehensive monitoring network is set up through a number of monitoring points from the same tailings. It realizes the real-time monitoring of wireless sensor networks in monitoring project of tailing dam.The signal can be transmitted completely and reliably. Thus,the remote management personnel can understand situations of tailing reservoir through the remote monitoring. A variety of measurement units in the field constitute more than20 points in real time monitoring of wireless sensor network. The monitoring data from more than 20 points are remotely transmitted by a collector through the GSM / GPRS. The paper describes in detail the design of sensor nodes and sink nodes based on Zig Bee and the software design.
