保金立甦汤对重症肺炎患者血清PCT、hs-CRP水平的影响

The influence of the Baojin Lisu decoction for the blood PCT、hs-CRP level of patients with severe pneumonia

目的:探讨保金立甦汤对重症肺炎患者血清降钙素原(PCT)、超敏C-反应蛋白(hs-CRP)水平的影响。方法:将重症肺炎随机分为治疗组及对照组,每组各30例。治疗组在常规治疗的基础上给予保金立甦汤口服,对照组在常规治疗基础上每天给予等量温水口服,1剂/日,7d为1个疗程,两组均给予上述治疗两周,记录两组患者机械通气时间、ICU住院日,于治疗前、治疗7d、治疗14d评估患者中医症候评分、APACHEⅡ评分并行血PCT、hs-CRP检测。结果:治疗后治疗组机械通气时间、ICU住院日明显短于对照组,两组中医证候学评分、APACHEⅡ评分及血PCT、hs-CRP水平均明显降低,且治疗组降低更为明显。结论:保金立甦汤能降低重症肺炎患者血PCT、hs-CRP水平,明显改善临床症状,提高重症肺炎的临床疗效,改善预后。

Objective：To explore the influence of the Baojin Lisu decoction for the blood PCT、hs-CRP level of patients with severe pneumonia.Methods：Sixty patients with severe pneumonia were selected,and they were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.Conventional treatment was given to the two groups,additionally,treatment group were given Baojin Lisu decoction on the basis of conventional treatment.The control group were given the same amount of warm water on the basis of conventional treatment,seven days for a course and continuous treatment two weeks in both groups.Record the duration of mechanical ventilation with ventilator and length of ICU stays,assess the traditional Chinese medicine（TCM）symptom scores、acute physiology and chronic health avaluationⅡ（APACHEⅡ）score and test the levels of PCT、hs-CRP in serum before the treatment and 7 days and 14 days after treatment.Results：The ventilation time and length of ICU stays in the treatment group were significantly shorter than that of control group after treatment,the TCM symptom scores、APACHEⅡ score and the levels of PCT、hs-CRP in serum of the two groups were lower after treatment,and the treatment group was more apparent.Conclusion：Baojin Lisu decoction can reduce the Blood PCT、hs-CRP level,effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients with severe pneumonia,improve the clinical effect of severe pneumonia,improving the prognosis of patients with severe pneumonia.
