摘要 考察了硫酸钡对聚醚嵌段酰胺形态结构和力学性能的影响,用不同比例的硫酸钡分别与聚醚嵌段酰胺混合得到复合材料,对其进行扫描电镜分析、力学性能检测及显影效果分析,结果表明:硫酸钡可均匀分散在聚醚嵌段酰胺中,两相的相容性很好;随着硫酸钡含量的提高,复合材料延伸率降低、抗拉强度增强,复合材料的显影性能逐渐提高。 The influences of BaSO_4 on the structures and mechanical properties of polyether block amide(PEBA)-BaSO_4 are studied. The PEBA-BaSO_4 composites are obtained through adding different ratios of BaSO_4 into PEBA. The SEM results indicate that BaSO_4 can be distributed homogeneously into PEBA.While with the increasing of the content of BaSO_4, the tensile stress of the composites will increase and theelongation will decrease. In addition, the developing properties will also increase.
