摘要
研究应用水热法在涤纶织物上生长氧化锌纳米棒,并采用扫描电镜、X射线衍射和原子力显微镜对制得的氧化锌纳米棒的形貌、晶型取向和压电性能进行测试分析。结果表明:织物表面生长的氧化锌纳米棒属于六方纤锌矿晶相,纳米棒垂直紧密排列在织物表面。水热法得到的纳米棒沿C轴取向生长,纳米棒直径从0.3μm到1μm不等。从电流-电压曲线可以看出:氧化锌纳米棒的半导体特性明显,且重复性良好,在氧化锌生长区域有明显的电流增强信号,说明氧化锌纳米棒压电性能优异。
Using field emission scanning electron microscopy, X-ray diffraction and scanning probe micro-scope, the morphology, crystal type, orientation and piezoelectric properties of zinc oxide nanorods are mea-sured. The results reveal that the zinc oxide nanorods with hexagonal wurtzite structure are highly dense,vertically aligned on the fabric. Oriented nanorods along c-axis can be got by hydrothermal method, withthe diameter ranging from 0.3 μm to 1 μm. It can be seen from the I-V curves that zinc oxide nanorodshave obvious semiconductor properties and the repeatability is good. When apply a force on the surface ofzinc oxide growing region, the current curves have a significantly enhanced signal indicating that the zincoxide nanorods have good piezoelectric performance.
