摘要
利用热一机耦合非线性有限元法,应用ANSYS Workbench有限元分析软件,对电梯耐火层门进行耦合分析,得到了电梯层门在耐火稳定测试阶段的温度场和位移场。仿真计算结果表明:层门加强筋的布置方式,门脚的安装位置以及密封支架的处理对电梯耐火性能有较大影响。最后,通过实际试验验证这一结果。
Using thermo-mechanical coupled nonlinear finite element method, with ANSYS Workbench software of finite element analysis, the coupling analysis of the fire resistance landing door is carried out to get the temperature field and displacement field at the stage of stable door fire resistance test. The simulation results show that the arrangement of the reinforcement bars, the installation position of the door guide shoes and the treatment of the sealing support have great influence on the fire resistance of the landing door. Finally, this result is verified by actual tests.
