Application of PLC to the Elevator Fault Diagnosis and Maintenance

分析了电梯故障的复杂性给维修带来的困难，以及电梯底坑浸水造成的安全隐患。应用PLC设计了一种故障检测电路．能够显示电梯故障部位，实现提高故障分析的准确性和应对电梯底坑发生浸水的安全问题。该检测电路可以缩短维修时间，降低维修成本．减少电梯事故发生。

The difficulties that complexity of the elevator fault to the maintenance of the elevator are analyzed, as well as the elevator safety risks caused by pit flooding. The fault location of the elevator can be displayed to improve the accuracy of fault analysis and response to the safety of the elevator pit water immersion with application of PLC to the design of a fault detection circuit. The maintenance time can be shortened with the circuit, reduce the maintenance cost and the occurrence of the elevator accident.
