汽车发动机油低黏度化对整车油耗影响的试验研究 被引量:4

摘要 随着国家第五阶段油耗标准的出台,在保证发动机输出性能的同时,提高发动机效率,降低其燃油消耗显得尤为重要。文章结合整车NEDC循环试验,研究了发动机油黏度对整车油耗的相关性。发现试验车使用适当的低黏度化发动机油最高可达3.5%的节油效果,但过低黏度的发动机油会破坏发动机润滑状态,油耗反而会增加。 With the implementation of the national fuel consumption standards of Phase V,it's important to improve the efficiency of the engine and reduce the fuel consumption while guaranteeing the output performance of engine.This paper studied the impact of engine oil viscosity on vehicle fuel consumption by the NEDC cycle test.The test results show that the testing vehicle using engine oil with appropriate low viscosity can save the fuel up to 3.5%.However,the engine oil with ultra low viscosity will destroy the engine lubrication state,and make the fuel consumption increase.
