L-QC 310导热油的热稳定性研究

Study on Thermal Stability of L-QC 310 Heat Conducting Oil

以中海沥青股份有限公司生产的减一线侧线油为原料生产L—QC 310导热油基础油,加入适量的添加剂A1(3‰)、B1(5‰)、C(0.05‰),使导热油产品的品质得到大幅提升。经过工业应用,结果表明:该导热油产品具有较低的生焦倾向性,良好的热氧化安定性和热稳定性,产品质量达到国家标准。

The base oil of L-QC 310 heat conducting oil was prepared with the vacuum gas oil（VGO 1#）as material obtained from China Offshore Bitumen CO.,LTD..Adding proper amount of additives Al（3‰）,Bl（5‰）,C（0.05‰）,the quality of heat conducting oil was significantly improved.Results of experiment and industrial application indicated that the heat conducting oil exhibits obviously low propensity of coking,excellent thermal oxidation stability and thermal stability.The oil can meet national standard.
