乙烯/1-丁烯共聚物黏度指数改进剂的合成与性能

摘要 文章采用正丁基锂/四氢呋喃引发体系合成了乙烯基含量为23.5%~50.1%的聚丁二烯(PB),采用2-乙基己酸镍/三乙基铝催化体系对聚合物进行加氢,氢化度接近100%,得到1-丁烯含量为23.5%~50.1%的乙烯/1-丁烯共聚物(EB)。聚合物的分子量及其分布采用凝胶渗透色谱(GPC)表征,微观结构采用^1H—NMR表征,热稳定性采用热重分析(TGA)进行表征。将EB用作黏度指数改进剂,溶解在150SN基础油中,考察了增稠能力、剪切稳定性、低温启动性以及与降凝剂Viscoplex 1—440的配伍效果。 In this article,the polybutadienes(PBs) with the vinyl content of 23.5%~50.1%were synthesized by n- BuLi/THF initiator.The catalytic hydrogenation of the PBs above was proceeded by Nickel 2-ethylhexanoate / triethyl aluminum and the hydrogenation degree of almost 100%was obtained.The polymers so called ethylene/1-butene copolymers(EBs)with 1-butene content of 23.5%~50.1%were obtained.The molecular weights and molecular weight distributions of the polymers were characterized by gel permeation chromatography(GPC),and the microstructures of the polymers were measured by ~1H- NMR,and the thermostabilities were characterized by thermogravimetric analysis(TGA).The EBs as viscosity index improvers were dissolved in 150 SN base oil,and the properties were investigated,including the thickening abilities,the shear stabilities,the low temperature start abilities,and the compatibilities with pour point depressant Viscoplex1-440.
