环烷基馏分油生产变压器油的研究

Research of Transformer Oil Production by Naphthenic Base Oil

文章以海洋环烷基常二线馏分油为原料,采用全加氢工艺(加氢处理-加氢补充精制)制备变压器油,结果表明,制备的变压器油产品收率高,结构组成合理,性能满足GB 2536—2011标准要求,与市售某牌号环烷基变压器油混合后,击穿电压、介质损耗因数、界面张力等性质满足指标要求。

Using the hydrogenation process（hydrotreating- hydrofinishing）,transformer oil was prepared with atmospheric cut 2 of marine naphthenic base oil as raw material.The experimental results show that,the product has high yield,reasonable structural components,can meet the GB 2536-2011 standard requirement.After mixing with sold transformer oil,the mixed-oil＇s properties,for example,breakdown voltage,dielectric dissipation factor,and interfacial tension,etc.,can meet the requirement.
