武警官兵职业压力、工作倦怠与心理健康的关系

Relationship between occupational stress,job burnout and mental health in armed police soldiers

目的考察职业压力、工作倦怠与心理健康之间的关系,探讨工作倦怠对职业压力与健康的调节作用。方法采用军人职业压力量表、工作倦怠量表(MBI-GS)、一般健康问卷(GHQ-12)对678名武警官兵进行调查,使用Stata 12.0对数据进行管理、描述性统计分析、相关分析和调节效应分析,显著性检验水准取α=0.05。结果 1职业压力与GHQ-12分数呈显著正相关(P<0.001),职业压力与工作倦怠呈正相关(P<0.001),工作倦怠与GHQ-12分数呈显著正相关(P<0.001);2武警官兵的职业压力影响其身心健康,工作倦怠在职业压力与健康的关系中起调节作用,交互作用项"职业压力×工作倦怠"的回归系数在以健康为应变量的回归中达到显著性水平(β=-1.64,t=-2.33,P<0.05)。结论武警官兵的职业压力影响着其心理健康水平,工作倦怠对职业压力与心理健康之间的关系起显著调节作用,职业压力和工作倦怠对心理健康是一种"聚合"的加重影响作用,应该注重缓解压力、调适工作倦怠,以改善武警官兵的健康水平。

[Objective]To study the relationship among the occupational stress,job burnout and mental health,explore the regulating role of job burnout between occupational stress and health.[Methods]Totally 678 armed police soldiers were surveyed by using the Occupational Stress Scale for Chinese Military Personnel,Maslach Burnout Inventory-General Survey（MBI-GS） and the General Health Questionnaires-12（GHQ-12）. The data were analyzed with descriptive statistical analysis,correlation analysis and regulation effect analysis by the Stata12.0 software,and the significance level is 0.05.[Results] 1 The occupational stress was significantly positively correlated with score of GHQ-12（P〈0.001）,the occupational stress was significantly positively correlated with job burnout（P〈0.001）,and the job burnout was significantly positively correlated with score of GHQ-12（P〈0.001）. 2The occupational stress would affect the physical and mental health of armed police soldiers. The job burnout played a regulating role between occupational stress and health. The regression coefficient of the interaction item for occupational stress × job burnout was statistically significant in the regression equation with health as the dependent variable（β =-1.64, t =-2.33, P〈0.05）.[Conclusion]The occupational stress affects the mental health of armed police soldiers,and the job burnout plays a regulating role between occupational stress and health. The occupational stress and job burnout show the aggregation effect on mental health.It is necessary to relieve stress and adjust job burnout to improve the health level of armed police soldiers.
