摘要
目的了解深圳市某油墨制造企业存在的职业危害因素及其程度。方法采用职业卫生调查、现场检测和实验室检测相结合的方法进行调查。结果苯、萘、丙烯酸甲酯各设5个检测点,合格率分别为100%、100%和80%;甲醇和噪声各设4个检测点,合格率均为100%;二丙二醇甲醚、2-甲氧基乙醇各设1个检测点,均合格;矽尘设1个检测点,不合格。结论该油墨制造企业称料配料岗位丙烯酸甲酯和矽尘浓度超过职业接触限值,需要采取更有效的措施加以控制。
[Objective]To investigate the existing occupational disease hazards and degrees in an ink manufacturing enterprise of Shenzhen.[Methods] The methods of occupational health investigation,field test and laboratory detection were adopted to investigate. [Results]The benzene,naphthalene and methyl acrylate were set 5 detecting points respectively,and the qualified rates were 100%,100% and 80% respectively. The methanol and noise were set 4 detecting points respectively,and the qualified rates were both 100%. Dipropylene glycol methyl ether and 2-Methoxyethanol were set 1 detecting point respectively,and the qualified rates were both 100%.The silica dust was set 1 detecting point,and the results was unqualified. [Conclusion]The concentrations of methyl acrylate and silica dust at weighing and mixing post exceeded the occupational exposure limits in this enrerprise,which need to take more effective measures to control.
