摘要
目的建立水中挥发酚、氰化物、六价铬、甲醛和阴离子合成洗涤剂的流动分析方法。方法采用荷兰SKARLAR公司的San++流动注射分析仪,通过一个三通前置和一个四通前置装置,分别将样品送至挥发酚、氰化物、六价铬、甲醛和阴离子合成洗涤剂5个模块,使得检测可以同时进行。结果挥发酚、氰化物、六价铬、甲醛和阴离子合成洗涤剂的方法检出限分别为0.000 5 mg/L、0.000 4 mg/L、0.001 2 mg/L、0.020 mg/L和0.015 mg/L。各指标在3种不同浓度水平下的加标回收率为97.5%~110%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为0.89%~7.65%。测定环境标准样品结果均在保证值以内。结论本法简便易行,可用于流动注射分析仪同时检测水中挥发酚、氰化物、六价铬、甲醛和阴离子合成洗涤剂。
Objective To establish a method for the simultaneous detection of volatile phenols,cyanide,hexavalent chromium,formaldehyde and anion synthetic detergent in water by flow injection analysis. Methods Samples were sent to the five modules for phenol,cyanide,hexavalent chromium,formaldehyde and anion synthetic detergent through a tee pre-parallel and a cross pre-parallel produced by Netherlands SKARLAR San+ +flow injection analyzer,which made all the experiments involved at the same time. Results The detection limits of phenol,cyanide,hexavalent chromium,formaldehyde and the anion synthetic detergent were 0. 000 5 mg / L,0. 000 4 mg / L,0. 001 2 mg / L,0. 020 mg / L,0. 015 mg / L,respectively. Recoveries were within 97. 5%-110%,and the relative standard deviations( RSD) were within 0. 89%-7. 65% at 3 concentrations for each index. The detection results of environmental samples were consistent with the certified values. Conclusion The method is simple and can be applied to test phenol,cyanide,hexavalent chromium,formaldehyde and the anion synthetic detergent in water simultaneously by flow injection analyzer.
