摘要
目的分析丙型肝炎病毒(HCV)感染者血清铁调素Hepcidin(Hepc)浓度及HCV RNA载量,探讨两者之的相关性。方法收集临床已确诊的HCV感染者183例,其中男性90例、女性93例。采用ELISA法测定血清Hepc的含量,通过实时荧光PCR定量测定HCV感染者的HCV RNA载量。结果 HCV感染者血清Hepc浓度均值为(33.78±12.90)ng/L,明显低于正常人[(58.06±7.91)ng/L],且HCV感染者的血清Hepc浓度与HCV RNA载量呈负相关(r=-0.632 1,P<0.05)。结论 HCV抑制Hepc表达是造成HCV感染者铁代谢失调的主要原因之一。
Objective To analyze the serum levels of Hepcidin( Hepc) and HCV RNA load in patients with hepatitis C virus( HCV) infection,and then to explore the correlation between the both. Methods 183 cases with clinical confirmed HCV infection were collected,including 90 males and 93 females. The content of serum Hepc was determined by ELISA method.Quantitative determination of HCV RNA load in HCV infected persons was conducted by real-time fluorescence PCR.Results The mean value of serum Hepc concentration in HCV infected patients was( 33. 78 ± 12. 90) ng / L,which was significantly lowere than that in normal persons [( 58. 06 ± 7. 91) ng / L]. And the serum Hepc concentration of HCV infected persons was negatively correlated with the amount of HCV RNA,and the correlation coefficient was r =-0. 632 1( P〈0. 05). Conclusion Inhibition of Hepc expression by HCV is one of the main causes of the disorder of iron metabolism in HCV infected persons.
