摘要
用 5种浓度的 Na NO2 喷洒雪茄烟 Wesconsin38的烟叶 ,晾制后分析其烟叶中硝酸盐、亚硝酸盐、烟草生物碱和烟草特有亚硝胺含量 .结果表明 :随着 Na NO2 喷洒浓度的提高 ,调制后烟叶中烟草特有亚硝胺含量迅速增加 ,Na NO2 喷洒浓度与烟叶中烟草特有亚硝胺含量呈显著正相关 .而硝酸盐和烟草生物碱含量与烟草特有亚硝胺无明显相关关系 .
The leaves of cigar variety Wesconsin38( Nicotiana tabacum L.) were sprayed with NaNO 2 of 5 different concentrations.Nitrate,nitrite,alkaloids and tobacco specific nitrosamines (TSNA) in the cured leaves have been analyzed. The results point out that content of TSNA rapidly increases, with concentration of NaNO 2 going up.Correlation coefficients are determined between nitrite and individual TSNA. Their coefficients show there is a positive relationship between nitrite concentration and individual TSNA content in the leaves. There is no relationship between alkaloids or nitrate and individual TSNAs. This study indicates that accumulation of TSNA in tobacco leaves is limited by the amount of nitrite accumulated during air curing.
