摘要 综述了国内外茶黄素的提取和分离纯化方法的研究成果和研究现状 ,并分析评价了柱层析法和高速逆流色谱法的优缺点 。 This paper summarized the recent domestic and foreign achievements and researches on various methods for the extraction,separation and purification of teaflavins.It also analysed and appraised the merits and defects of the method of column chromatography and high speed countercurrent chromatography.It has concluded that the perfect way of separation and purification of theaflvins lies in the combination of column chromatography and high speed countercurrent chromatography.
