结合中国首批援特立尼达和多巴哥医疗队的派出,思考并探索一种既符合国际形势发展,又符合中国国情的新的援外医疗模式。在新模式下,更有利于援外医疗队的组织派遣,高端技术的援助和输出更有利于树立中国国家的正面形象,更有利于援外医疗队的队伍管理。同时,应该根据受援国的实际情况制定援助策略。实践证明,新的援外医疗模式下,实现六个方面的结合是完全可行的,但需结合受援国的实际情况。
