某市因伤害住院患者分布趋势分析

Distribution Trend of Injury Inpatients in a City

目的对某市因伤害住院患者的分布情况进行趋势分析。方法对2010年-2014年某市综合医院收治的11 319例伤害住院患者的分布趋势情况进行描述性分析,并做相关因素分析。结果不同性别因伤害住院患者构成差异具有统计学意义(χ~2=14.65,P=0.005<0.05),不同年龄组因伤害住院患者所占比例差异具有统计学意义(χ~2=58.68,P=0.000>0.05),45-64岁和≥65岁年龄组因伤害住院患者所占比例均与年份呈正相关关系(P<0.001);15岁~24岁和25岁~44岁年龄组因伤害住院患者所占比例与年份呈负相关关系(P<0.001),不同因伤害类型的住院患者所占比例差异具有统计学意义(χ~2=77.47,P=0.000<0.05),意外跌倒伤害住院患者所占比例与年份呈正相关关系(r^2=0.900,P=0.019<0.05);交通事故伤害住院患者所占比例与年份呈负相关关系(r^2=-0.939,P=0.009<0.05),平均每例住院费用和日均住院费用与平均住院天数均存在负相关关系(r^2=-0.943,P=0.016和r 2=-0.961,P=0.009)。结论某市因伤害住院患者以男性青壮年居多;老年人是伤害发生的高危群体;伤害给家庭社会造成的直接经济负担日益加重。

Objective To carry out trend analysis on the distribution of injury inpatients in a city. Methods The distribution trend of 11319 cases of hospitalized patients with injury in the 2010~2014 in a general hospital during 2010-2014 were analyzed by descriptive analysis, and the related factors were analyzed. Results There were statistical significance in the difference of different sex injury inpatients（χ~2 = 14.65,P = 0.0050.05）. There were significant differences in the proportion of inpatients with injury in different age groups（χ~2=58.68,P = 0.0000.05）, 45-64 years old and ≥65 years old age group the proportion of inpatients were associated with the year of positive relationship（P〈0.001）, the proportion of hospitalized patients with different injury types was statistically significant（χ~2 = 77.47,P = 0.0000.05）, the positive correlation between the proportion of hospitalized patients with accidental fall injury（r^2 = 0.900, P = 0.0190.05）, the proportion of hospitalized patients with traffic accident injury was negatively correlated with years（r^2 =-0.939, P = 0.0090.05）, there was a negative correlation between the average length of stay and the average length of stay（r^2 =-0.943, P = 0.016,r 2 =-0.961,P = 0.009）. Conclusions Most of injury inpatients male are young adults; old people are the high risk group of injury; the direct economic burden caused by the damage to the family society is increasing.
