北京市某区级妇幼保健院2006年-2015年门诊量变化趋势分析

Analysis of a Decade of Tendency of Out-Patients in a Beijing Maternal and Child Care Service Centre

目的通过探讨妇幼保健院门诊量的动态变化和季节性变化规律,从而为医院管理者及时制定相应的应对措施提供可靠依据。方法根据某院2006年-2015年门诊量统计数据作为研究对象,回顾性分析门诊量的资料,采用季节指数法分析门诊量的变化特点。结果医院门诊量2006年-2013年保持逐年增长的趋势,2014年-2015年门诊量略有下降;门诊量最低的是第一季度,季节指数为81.79%,而其他三个季度的季节指数都在100.00%以上,最高的是第四季度,达109.58%。结论门诊量呈现逐年上升的趋势,具有季节性变化的特点,其中第三季度和第四季度门诊量较高,需加强重视,应根据季节动态发展变化结果制定合理与科学的年度、月度工作计划,从而为临床提供更好的指导。

Objective To explore the dynamic tendency of outpatients and seasonal changing rules in maternity and child health care,and immediately provide reliable evidence for hospital managers to deal with the corresponding countermeasures. Methods According to the hospital＇s statistical data about the outpatient from 2006 to 2015, the data of the outpatient were retrospectively analyzed. What＇s more, seasonal index method was used to investigate the changing characteristics of outpatient.Results The trend of the hospital＇s outpatient has continuously increased from 2006 to 2013. In 2014 and 2015, the trend showed a slight decline. The lowest number of outpatients was in the first quarter, which was 81.79%. However, the other three quarters were higher than 100.00%. The highest number was in the fourth quarter, which was nearly 109.58%. Conclusion The tendency of out-patients has shown a trend of rising year by year, which has the characteristics of the seasonal changes. The out-patients in the third quarter and fourth quarter are higher so that the hospital need pay more attention.In the end, in order to provide better guidance of clinical, the hospital should formulate some reasonable,scientific,annual and monthly work plans according to the result of seasonal dynamic changes.
