摘要
氯化钠结晶颗粒,在完成包装后,放置一段时间就会出现不同程度的板结现象。严重板结会影响使用者的称量、投料作业,给用户带来了极大的不便。破板结所使用的外力是衡量板结严重程度的定量标志。通过分析结晶体颗粒大小、结晶晶型及对包装施与的静压力造成板结严重程度不同,能够判断出造成板结的内在因素,为生产企业改进生产工艺带来启迪。
There will be different degrees of compaction phenomenon for sodium chloride crystalline particle placing a period of time after the completion of the package. Serious compaction will affect weighing and feeding operations for users,which gives users a great inconvenience.Breaking force used to compaction is measure the severity of compaction quantitative signs. By analyzing the particle size of the crystal,the crystal grain type and the static pressure of the packaging giving cause varying severity of compaction,it can be determined that the cause compaction of internal factors,which brings enlightenment to manufacturers improve production process.
