人文关怀在青少年正畸患者初次印模焦虑中的效果研究

目的：探讨人文关怀在青少年正畸患者初次印模焦虑中的临床应用效果。方法选取我院近年收治的青少年正畸患者共120例，随机分为对照组（常规护理）及观察组（人文关怀护理）。对比两组患者焦虑控制效果及对护理满意度的差异性。结果护理后观察组焦虑发生率为65.00%，对照组为81.67%；观察组取印模成功率为100%，对照组为91.67%；观察组对护理满意率为100%，对照组为95%；各项差异均具有统计学意义（ P〈0.05）。结论在青少年正畸疾病治疗中，人文关怀护理模式的应用能有效地减少患者初次印模焦虑的发生，值得在临床上大力推广应用。

Objective To explore the application effect of humanistic care for adolescent orthodontic patients suffering from the initial impression of anxiety. Methods Totally 120 cases of adolescent orthodontic patients admitted to our hospital in recent years were selected and randomly divided into the control group （ conventional nursing） and the observation group （ humanity care nursing ） . The control effect on anxiety and the statisfaction degree of the patients were compared. Results The incidence of anxiety of the observation group after nursing was 65. 00%, while the inci-dence of the control group was 81. 67%; the success rate of taking impression of the observation group was 100%, while the control group was 91. 67%; the care satisfaction rate of the observation group was 100%, while the control group was 95%. The differences were statistically significant （ P〈0. 05 ） . Conclusions As for the treatment of ado-lescent orthodontic disease, the application of humanistic care can effectively reduce the occurrence of the first anxiety impression, which is worthy of clinical application.
