云南省某综合医院手术室患者转运质量管理中的PDCA分析

PDCA analysis of quality management about the transport of patients in the operat-ing room in a general hospital of Yunnan province

本文通过实地跟踪云南省某综合医院手术室162例患者的转运全程，依据所在医院手术室患者接送工作流程、工作人员出入手术室管理制度、护理人员手术患者交接流程、手术室工作质量评价标准对整个患者转运进行客观评价，找出不合规范的转运事件详细记录并分析整理，采用PDCA管理法对整个转运中的不良事件进行分析，以期为提高综合医院手术室患者转运质量和效率提供依据。

The objective evaluation was carried out by tracking the transport process of 162 cases of patients inthe operating room in a general hospital of Yunnan province based on the workflow of hospital to pick the patients in the operating room, management system of staffs access to operating room, handover process of nurses and patients, quality evaluation criteria of operating room. What＇s more, the irregularities in the transport event records were found out to ana- lyze in detail. PDCA management method was employed to analyze the entire transit adverse events in order to provide a basis for imoroving the quality and efficiency of transoorting oatients in onerating room of general hosnitals.
