中国农村民间金融及其规范化探析

Normalization of Rural Informal Finance in China

中国农村金融体系单一化与垄断化的问题一直备受关注。促进农村金融组织多元化发展也成为一个热点问题。中国农村民间金融组织在非合法化的背景下仍能活跃存在,并显示出其比较优势。因此,对现有民间金融组织进行规范,成为在较低制度成本下促进农村金融多元化发展的捷径之一。以此为出发点,对中国农村民间金融及规范化进行了探析。

Promoting the diversified development of rural financial organizations has also become a hot issue. While, there has always been a serious problem of simplification and monopolization in the system of rural finance in China. China＇s rural informal financial organizations can still be active under non legalization, and showed its comparative advantage. Therefore, the standardization of existing non-governmental financial organizations has become one of the shortcuts to promote the development of rural finance with lower system cost, so the author studied rural informal finance in China and its normalization.
