加快转变粮食生产方式 促进生态文明建设——以内蒙古自治区为例

Speeding up the Transformation of Food Production Mode and Promoting the Construction of Ecological Civilization——A Case of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region

中国已明确提出到2020年基本形成资源节约型、环境友好型农业生产体系,必须加快转变粮食生产方式,实现粮食生产与生态文明建设相互促进发展。以内蒙古为例,阐述了加快转变粮食生产方式的必要性,从培养粮食生产新型主体、提高农业资源利用效率、改善农田生态环境3个方面探讨了加快转变粮食生产方式的途径,同时还提出了推动生态文明建设的相关建议。

It has been clearly put forward to basically forma the resource-saving and environmentally friendly agricultural production system in China in 2020, China has to accelerate transformation of food production mode to achieve the coordinated development of food production and ecological civilization construction. Taking Inner Mongolia as an example, the author expounded the necessity of transformation of food production mode, discussed the ways to speed up the transformation of food production mode from aspects such as developing new subject of grain production, improving utilization efficiency of agricultural resources and farmland ecological environment, at the same time also put forward the relevant suggestions.
