补阳还五汤加减治疗脑梗塞恢复期气虚血瘀型的临床观察

Clinical observation of Buyanghuanwu Decoction in the treatment of recovery period of cerebral infarction(qi deficiency and blood stasis)

目的探究补阳还五汤加减治疗脑梗塞恢复期(气虚血瘀型)患者的临床疗效。方法将60例患者随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组各30例,对照组给予常规治疗和康复指导,治疗组在对照组常规治疗的基础上给予补阳还五汤加减治疗。比较两组疗效,并就治疗前后两组患者神经缺损情况、日常生活能力进行评分比较。结果治疗组总有效率86.67%,对照组总有效率70.00%,差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05);治疗后,治疗组神经功能缺损评分、日常生活能力评分显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.01)。结论补阳还五汤能明显增强疗效,改善患者神经功能缺损评分,提高日常生活能力,对缺血性中风恢复期气虚血瘀证具有较好的治疗效果。

Objective Explore clinical curative effect of the Buyanghuanwu Decoction（qi deficiency and blood stasis） in the treatment of cerebral infarction patients in recovery period. Methods 60 patients were randomized to treatment group and control group, 30 cases in each group. The control group was given conventional treatment and rehabilitation guidance, the treatment group was given Buyanghuanwu Decoction based on the given routine treatment to the control group. Compared curative effect of two groups, scored the difference on neurological function defeat and daily life ability between two groups before and after treatment. Results In the treatment group, the total effective rate of the treatment group is 86.67%, the other is 70.00%, the difference was statistically significant（P﹤0.05）; after treatment, the treatment group, neurological deficit score, activities of daily living score was significantly better than the control group, the difference is statistically significant（P﹤0.01）. Conclusion Buyang Huanwu Decoction can significantly enhance the curative effect, improve the score of neurologic impairment and the ability of daily life. It has a better therapeutic effecton of qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome in the recovery period of ischemic stroke.
