目的探讨结核病知识培训对结核病护理质量的影响。方法对护理人员进行互动式的结核病知识培训,并在培训前后进行问卷。结果 51名护士培训后,对结核病知识知晓率发生了显著的变化。结论有计划、系统地进行结核病知识培训能够提高护理人员的专业素质,进而提升各类结核病护理质量。

Objective To investigate the effect of knowledge training on the quality of nursing care in tuberculosis. Methods rryout the interactive knowledge training for the nurses and the questionnaire before and after the training. Results After training 51 nurses, the knowledge about tuberculosis had changed significantly. Conclusion It is planned and systematic training the knowledge of tuberculosis can improve the professional quality of nursing staff, so as to improve the quality of nursing care for all kinds of tuberculosis.
