摘要
研究了高空条件对不同品系满江红孢子果诱变的效应 ,结果表明 :高空处理对不同品系满江红孢子果的萌发率有明显的影响 ,但未出现遗传变异的突变体。经生育期观察 ,高空处理的 19号满江红品系生长速率明显提高 ,且表现出一定的耐荫性。
This paper deals with the induction effects of space conditions on different Azolla strains. The result demonstrates that space treatment has obvious effect on different Azolla strains, but the mutant of genetic variation hasn't been found. From the observation of the breeding period, it has been found that the growing rate of Azolla strain 19 has improved obviously and the strain 19 displays some shade-tolerance. Space induction can be used as an effective method to improve Azolla strains.
