浅谈工业锅炉节能技术(产品)评价体系建立

摘要 目前我国工业锅炉整体运行效率低下,响应国家节能号召的锅炉节能技术与产品繁多,缺少统一的评价方法对其适用性、经济性和推广性进行综合评价。虽然目前国内外的节能评价体系日趋成熟,但多是针对大型电站锅炉、集中供暖等,对分布较广、较分散的工业锅炉节能技术(产品)借鉴性不足。未来可以采用文献研究为基础、工程分析与问卷调研相结合的方式,辅以实验验证、典型案例分析、数值仿真模拟等方法,形成定性、定量相结合,技术与市场相结合,安全与节能相结合的多元工业锅炉节能技术(产品)评价指标模型。 At present, the overall operating efficiency of China's industrial boiler was low, and the energy boiler energy-saving technology and product respond to national conserve energy call was various, but there was no unified comprehensive evaluation method on their applicability, economical efficiency and popularization. Although the energy saving evaluation system at home and abroad had been more and more mature, but most aimed at large power station boilers, central heating, etc., with no reference to the sparser industrial boiler energy saving technology (product). In the future, based on literature research, combined with engineering analysis and questionnaire survey, supplemented by experimental verification, typical case analysis and numerical simulation and other methods, the multivariate industrial boiler energy-saving technology (product) evaluation index model combining qualitative and quantitative, technical and market, safety and energy saving could been established.
