A Study on the Effect of the Feather Speed Gene on Meat Traits in Wanzai Kangle Yellow Chicks

试验以万载康乐黄鸡为研究材料 ,研究羽速基因对万载康乐黄鸡肉用性能的影响 ,其中包括报道甚少的有关羽速基因对鸡体尺、屠宰性能的影响 ,也包括未见报道的羽速基因对鸡肌肉品质的影响、常规营养成分的影响。研究发现 :羽速基因对鸡早期增重影响有显著差异 ,而对后期影响差异不显著 ,二者达到不显著的周龄与品种、营养及保温措施等有关 ,同一品种在不同生长速度的情况下 ,达到不显著的周龄不一样。快慢羽基因对万载康乐黄鸡肌肉品质、常规营养成分。

In this experiment, the authors studied the effect of the feather speed gene on meat traits of Wanzai Kangle yellow chicks, including the body length, the slaughter performance (which has seldom been reported before), the meat quality and routine nutritional information (which has never been reported before).The effect of the feather speed gene on body weight was significant in the early stage of growth, whereas no significant effect was noticed in the later life. The age in which the feather speed gene had no significant effect on growth was relative to strain, growth rate, nutrition, environment, etc. Even in the same strain, the age in which the feather speed gene has no significant effect on growth varied.On the whole, the rapid and slow feathering genes had no significant effect in chick length, slaughter performance and semen quality of Wanzai Kangle yellow ckicks.
