摘要
通过测定分析 9个毛竹种源新竹叶绿素含量年变化 ,结果表明 :叶绿素A、B及总量具有相似的变化规律 ,各组分含量在一年中都呈“低—高—低”变化趋势 ;其中 ,福建龙海种源叶绿素含量最高 ,江西上饶种源最低 ,不同种源叶绿素含量差异显著。各种源叶绿素a/b值呈现北带 >中带 >南带。相关分析结果表明 ,叶绿素A。
The chlorophyll content of the new bamboo leaves of Phyllostachy pubesens from nine provenances was measured and analysed. The results show that chlorophyll a, chlorophyll b and total content have similar changing patterns. All the Chlorophyll contents show a tendency of 'low-high-low' in one year; among the nine provenances, the largest chlorophyll content is from Longhai, Fujian; the smallest is from Shangrao, jiangxi, the chlorophyll contents show remarkable difference in different bamboo provenances. The relation indexes are up to remarkable correlation among chlorophyll a, chlorophyll b and the total content.
