摘要
目的研究及观察老年精神分裂症患者肺部感染游离氨基酸及一氧化氮(NO)、5羟色胺(5-HT)、总抗氧化能力(TAC)的变化情况,为该类老年患者针对性治疗措施的制定提供依据。方法选取2014年1月-2015年11月医院收治的50例老年精神分裂症肺部感染患者为A组,同时期的50例老年精神分裂症未感染患者为B组,同时期的50例老年健康人员为C组,然后将3组受试者的血浆游离氨基酸水平及血清NO、5-HT、TAC水平进行检测与比较,并比较A组和B组中阳性型与阴性型精神分裂症患者的上述血浆与血清检测指标。结果 A组血浆谷氨酸、γ-氨基丁酸、甘氨酸水平分别为(88.75±7.63)(60.74±5.28)(9.69±0.95)μmol/L,其均低于B组的(101.51±10.85)(78.47±7.10)(13.49±1.27)μmol/L及C组的(125.84±14.66)(91.35±8.72)(18.28±1.55)μmol/L,B组则低于C组;而A组的血清NO及5-HT水平均高于B组及C组,血清TAC水平则低于B组及C组;且A组和B组患者中阳性型与阴性型精神分裂症患者的上述血浆与血清检测指标比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论老年精神分裂症患者肺部感染游离氨基酸及NO、5-HT、TAC呈现明显异常的状态,且阳性型与阴性型精神分裂症患者间也有明显差异。
OBJECTIVE To study and observe the changes of free amino acids and nitric oxide(NO),5hydroxytryptamine(5-HT),and total antioxidant capacity(TAC)of elderly patients with schizophrenia and pulmonary infection,in order to provide evidence for the development of targeted treatment measures of the elderly patients.METHODS A total of 50 elderly patients with schizophrenia and pulmonary infections in hospital from Jan.2014 to Nov.2015 were selected as the group A,50 elderly patients with schizophrenia and without pulmonary infection at the same period were selected as the group B,and 50 elderly health personnel were selected as group C,then the plasma free amino acid and serum NO,5-HT,and TAC of three groups were detected and compared,and those plasma and serum detection indexes of group A and group B with positive and negative schizophrenia were compared.RESULTS The plasma glutamic acid,gamma amino acid and glycine levels of group A were respectively(88.75±7.63)umol/L,(60.74±5.28)umol/L and(9.69±0.95)umol/L,and they were all lower than(101.51±10.85)umol/L,(78.47±7.10)umol/L,(13.49±1.27)umol/L of group B and(125.84±14.66)umol/L,(91.35±8.72)umol/L,(18.28±1.55)umol/L of group C,the levels of these indexes of group B were lower than those of group C,while the serum NO and 5-HT of group A were all higher than those of group B and group C,the serum TAC of group A were lower than those of group B and group C,and those plasma and serum detection indexes of group A and group B with positive and negative schizophrenia also had significantly differences(P〈0.05).CONCLUSION The free amino acids and NO,5-HT,and TAC of elderly patients with schizophrenia and pulmonary infection presented abnormal state,and the indexes of patients with positive and negative schizophrenia also had significant differences.
