前列腺等离子电切手术对前列腺增生患者心理状况的影响

Effect of plasma transurethral prostate surgery on psychological status of patients with prostate hyperplasia

目的探究前列腺等离子电切手术(PKRP)对前列腺增生患者心理状况的影响。方法选取2012年1月-2015年1月该院收治的100例前列腺增生患者为研究对象,所有患者采用PKRP。对比手术前后患者的收缩压、舒张压、心率、视觉模拟(VAS)评分、焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分和生活质量评分。结果手术前后患者的收缩压、舒张压、心率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),手术前患者的收缩压和舒张压升高,心率加快,手术后收缩压、舒张压、心率恢复正常。手术前后患者的VAS、SAS及SDS评分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),手术后患者的VAS、SAS及SDS评分均低于手术前。手术前后患者的躯体角色功能、躯体健康、总体健康、躯体疼痛、社会功能、精力、心理健康、情绪角色功能评分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),手术后各项评分高于手术前。结论前列腺增生患者行PKRP治疗能够显著改善患者焦虑、抑郁、紧张的不良情绪,提高生活质量,值得在临床上推广和应用。

Objective To investigate the impact of plasma transurethral prostate surgery on the psychological status of patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia （BPH）. Methods This study included 100 cases of benign prostatic hyperplasia patients in our hospital from January 2012 to January 2015. All the patients were treated with plasma transurethral prostate surgery. Systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, heart rate, visual analogue score （VAS）, Self-rating Anxiety Scale （SAS） score, Self-rating Depression Scale score and quality of life score were compared before and after surgery. Results The systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure and heart rate were significantly different in the patients before and after surgery （P 〈 0.05）. Before surgery the systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure and heart rate in the patients significantly elevated, which returned to normal levels after surgery. The VAS score, SAS score and SDS score in the pa- tients after surgery were significantly lower than those before surgery （P 〈 0.05）. The role physical function, physical health, general health, physical pain, social function, energy, mental health and emotional role function scores in the patients after surgery were significantly higher than those before operation （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusions Plasma transurethral prostate surgery can significantly alleviate anxiety, depression and intense negative emotions of BPH patients, improve the quality of life. It is worth clinical promotion and application.
