综合管理模式对高危儿随访效果的影响研究

Study on the effect of comprehensive management mode on follow-up of high-risk children

目的评价高危儿综合管理模式对提高高危儿随访效果的影响。方法采用以家庭为中心,与医疗相结合、医护与家长配合的综合干预模式,对2014-2015年2 694例高危儿进行跟踪随访。比较综合管理前、后1年高危儿随访率,比较综合管理前、后高危儿体格发育、智能发育水平。结果综合管理后1年与规范管理前1年比较高危儿建档数及3、6个月、1年随访率均有明显提高;综合管理后高危儿体格发育达标率91.7%明显高于综合管理前的58.3%,智能发育合格率83.3%明显高于综合管理前的41.7%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论综合管理模式可以提高高危儿随访效果。

Objective To evaluate the effect of comprehensive management mode on follow-up of high-risk children. Methods From 2014 to 2015, 2 694 high-risk children were followed up by comprehensive management mode （taking family as the center, combining with medical care, coordination between doctors, nurses and parents） . The follow-up rates of high-risk children before comprehensive manage- ment and after one year of comprehensive management were compared. The levels of physical development and intelligent development of high-risk children before and after comprehensive management were compared. Results Compared with one year before comprehensive management, the number of high-risk children registry, the follow-up rates at three months, six months, and after one year of comprehen- sive management increased significantly; the standard rates of physical development and intelligent development of high-risk children after comprehensive management were 91.7% and 83.3% , respectively, which were statistically significantly higher than those before comprehen- sive management （58.3% and 41.7% , respectively） （P〈0. 01） . Conclusion Comprehensive management mode can improve the follow- up effect of high-risk children.
