影响妇幼健康教育工作者培训效果的因素分析

Analysis on the factors affecting training effectiveness of maternal and child health education staffs

摘要 目的了解影响妇幼健康教育工作者对妇幼健康相关培训积极性的因素。方法采用分层抽样的方法对广州市参加妇幼健康教育培训的学员中一级医疗机构和二级区妇幼保健院进行抽样,培训后采用自填问卷方式进行现场调查。调查内容包括培训效果评价含培训内容紧迫性、健康教育水平、本职工作能力、工作实际应用4个维度,并进行培训满意度调查。采用单因素方差分析及多重线性回归分析探索影响妇幼健康教育工作者培训效果的因素。结果此次调查共抽取180人,回收有效问卷180份。培训项目总平均满意率为82.9%,被调查者所在医院的区域、医院级别、专业方向等是影响其培训效果的重要因素。结论妇幼健康教育培训应有的放矢,针对相关工作者的实际工作需求提供针对性培训,保障母婴健康。 Objective To explore the factors affecting the motivation for attending related training programs in maternal and child health education staffs. Methods Using stratified sampling method, sampling was carried out among maternal and child health education participants from primary medical institutions and secondary district-run maternal and child health care hospitals in Guangzhou. After the training, the participants trainee were interviewed by a self-administered questionnaire. The questionnaire included four dimensions: neces- sity of training content, health education level, work capability, and capability of practical application. Besides, the satisfaction of training was also interviewed. Univariate analysis of variance and multiple linear regression analysis were used to explore the factors affecting the training effect of maternal and child health education staffs. Results A total of 180 participants were collected and 180 valid questionnaires were recruited. The average satisfaction rate of the training programs was 82.9%. The localization and levels of the hospitals and specialty fields were important factors affecting training effectiveness. Conclusion Maternal and child health education should have definite targets. Targeted training should be set for the practical needs of related staffs in order to assure maternal and child health.
