摘要
目的 观察Neuritin蛋白在乳腺腺病及乳腺浸润性导管癌中的表达情况,探讨Neuritin与乳腺腺病及乳腺浸润性导管癌的相关性。方法 收集乳腺腺病组织20例、乳腺浸润性导管癌组织30例,采用免疫组织化学法检测各组织中Neuritin蛋白的表达情况,并用蛋白质免疫印记法进行验证。结果 Neuritin蛋白在乳腺腺病组织高表达,阳性表达率为65.0%;在乳腺浸润性导管癌组织中低表达,阳性表达率为16.7%,差异具有统计学意义(χ^2=12.17,P〈0.05);蛋白质免疫印记结果与之相符。Neuritin蛋白的表达与乳腺浸润性导管癌患者的年龄,肿瘤高、中、低分化程度及淋巴结转移情况无明显相关性。结论Neuritin在乳腺腺病及乳腺浸润性导管癌组织中表达阳性,提示Neuritin可能与乳腺腺病及乳腺浸润性导管癌的发生、发展相关,Neuritin在乳腺腺病组织中表达显著升高,这将为临床乳腺腺病的鉴别诊断提供理论依据。
Objective To observe the expressions of Neuritin protein in adenosis of mammary glands and breast invasive ductal carcino- ma, explore the correlation between Neuritin and adenosis of mammary glands and breast invasive duetal carcinoma. Methods Twenty cases of adenosis of mammary glands and thirty cases of breast invasive duetal carcinoma were collected ; immunohistoehemistry was used to detect the expressions of Neuritin protein, then the results were validated by Western blot. Results The expression of Neufitin protein was high in adenosis of mammary glands, and the positive expression rate was 65.0% ; the expression of Neuritin protein was low in breast invasive duc- tal carcinoma, and the positive expression rate was 16.7% , there was statistically significant difference (X2 = 12. 17, P〈0. 05 ) , which were consistent with the results of Western blot. There was no significant correlation between Neuritin protein expression and age, degree of differ- entiation, and lymph node metastasis of patients with breast invasive ductal carcinoma. Conclusion Positive expressions of Neuritin in ade- nosis of mammary glands and breast invasive ductal carcinoma indicate that Neuritin may be correlated with occurrence and development of adenosis of mammary glands and breast invasive duetal carcinoma, the significant high expression of Neufitin in adenosis of mammary glands provides a theoretical basis for differential diagnosis of adenosis of mammary glands.
