摘要
目的探讨三维能量多普勒超声(3D-PDU)联合抑癌基因PTEN和癌基因MDM2在卵巢良、恶性肿瘤诊断中的应用价值。方法选取妇科就诊的卵巢肿瘤住院患者72例作为研究对象,术前进行3D-PDU和血清学PTEN、MDM2蛋白含量检测,采用VOCAL软件测量肿瘤组织的血管指数(VI)、血流指数(FI)和血管血流指数(VFI),采用酶联免疫法检测患者血清PTEN、MDM2的蛋白含量,与术后病理结果做比较分析。结果卵巢良性肿瘤的VI、FI、VFI和MDM2均明显低于卵巢恶性肿瘤,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);PTEN高于卵巢恶性肿瘤,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 3D-PDU和PTEN、MDM2的联合检测为术前明确诊断卵巢良、恶性肿瘤提供了新的靶点,也为有效治疗提供重要参考价值和依据。
Objective To explore the application value of three-dimensional power Doppler uhrasonography (3D-PDU ) combined with tumor suppressor gene PTEN and oneogene MDM2 in diagnosis of benign and malignant ovarian tumors. Methods Seventy-two ovarian tumor patients were selected from Department of Gynecology in the hopsital, 3D-PDU and serum PTEN and MDM2 proteins detection were conducted before surgery, VOCAL software was used to measure vascular index (VI) , blood flow index (FI) , and vaseularization flow index (VFI) of tumor tissues, ELISA was used to detect the contents of serum PTEN and MDM2 proteins, then the results were compared with postoperative pathological results. Results VI, F1, VFI, and MDM2 content in ovarian benign tumors were statistically significantly lower than those in ovarian malignant tumors ( P〈0. 05 ) , FTEN content in ovarian benign tumors was statistically significantly higher than that in ovarian malignant tumors ( P〈0. 05 ) . Conclusion 3 D-PDU and combined detection of PTEN and MDM2 provide new targets for diagnosis of benign and malignant ovarian tumors, which provide important reference value and basis for effective treatment.
