摘要
使用扫描电镜和俄歇能谱仪研究了P在DD6单晶中的分布状态及其对DD6合金力学性能的影响。结果表明:P质量分数在0.1%以上时,在DD6单晶合金中形成了P偏聚区,P偏聚时吸引Cr、Mo和Nb等元素,排斥γ′的主形成元素Al,使界面附近γ′贫乏,形成γ′贫化区。P含量在0.01%时,在低温淬断的断口上检测到O、P和S等元素。P减弱合金中的界面结合强度;随着P含量增加,DD6合金的持久性能和抗拉伸性能下降。
The distribution of P and its effects on the mechanical properties of DD6 alloy were studied by SEM and AES. Results show that when P contents exceed 0.1%, Cr, Nb and Mo are segregated together while Al is rare in the region of P segregation. The region without ?? is formed around the region of P segregation. However, when the content of P is 0.01%, they are segregated in the ruptured interface although O, P and S are the rare elements. The segregation of P degenerates the interfacial strength. In addition, the stress-rupture properties and tensile properties decline with the increase of P.
