摘要
讨论了全铝客车车身顶盖骨架设计过程,以钢结构公交车为参照模型,经过拓扑优化分析和尺寸优化分析,完成了铝合金车身顶盖骨架设计。重点论述了顶盖骨架圆角过渡型材的优化设计过程,指出了骨架局部结构的设计思路:取出优化区域,拓扑优化分析,根据拓扑结果进行结构再现,并对再现模型进行尺寸优化确定结构壁厚,将优化结构放入整体模型中进行分析验证。结果表明,采用过渡圆角的车身骨架模态分析结果优于原车结构,车身顶盖轻量化效果明显。
In this paper, roof frame design process of all-aluminum bus is discussed, with a steel structure bus as a reference model, after analysis of the topology optimization and size optimization, we complete the aluminum roof frame design. We emphasize on the optimization design process of fillet roof frame transition extrusions, and point out the design ideas of partial frame structure: takeout the optimization area, make topology optimization analysis and structural reproduction according to the topology results, and use size optimization of the reproduction model to determine thickness of the structure, then put the optimized structure into the entire model for analysis to verify. The results show that the modal analysis results of the body frame structure with transition fillet is better than that of the original car structure, the lightweight effect of roof structure is obvious.
