商用车整车虚拟台架仿真技术研究 被引量:1

摘要 以某重型载货汽车为研究对象,采用Abaqus软件中的显式和隐式求解技术交互方法,建立了整车柔体非线性动力学仿真模型,模型中考虑了各种非线性因素(如板簧、轮胎及各类衬套等)。与相同工况下的台架试验对比可知,所建模型精度较高。在此基础上,利用整车装配有限元模型进行虚拟6通道道路模拟台架试验的时域仿真,测试结果表明主要结构应力误差小于25%,仿真伪损伤值与实测值接近。 With a heavy duty truck as research object, we use the interactive method of Abaqus explicit/implicit solution technology to establish a vehicle flexible & nonlinear dynamics simulation model, which considers many nonlinear factors "like leaf spring, tires and rubber bushings. Compared with the bench test under the same conditions, the established model has higher precision. Based on this, we make simulation of the 6-channel road simulator test on the vehicle with finite element model. The test results show that stress error of main structure is less than 25%, pseudo-damage value from simulation is similar with measured value.
