摘要
以膜板穿孔抱闸故障为切入点,通过定量与定性分析,重点阐述了抱闸车辆红外线预报波形特点及判别方法,并通过120阀试验台试验、单车试验和120阀模拟演示系统试验,综合分析了故障阀与比对阀各项试验指标的差异,提出了有针对性的防范措施及建议。
The wheel seizure braking troubles caused by perforated brake valve diaphragm are taken as the breakthrough point,through quantitative and qualitative analysis,the infrared prediction wave features of vehicles with wheel seizure and the determination method are mainly expounded,via the 120 valve bench test,single car test and 120 valve simulation demo system test,the differences in various test indexes between the valve with trouble and the valve for comparison are analyzed comprehensively,the targeted preventative measures and suggestions are given.
