中等有氧运动时间与血浆致动脉硬化指数的相关性探讨 被引量:6

Correlation between the duration of moderate-intensity aerobic exercise and the atherogenic index of plasma

摘要 目的探讨中年男性中等有氧运动时间与血浆致动脉硬化指数(AIP)的关系,为心血管疾病的防控策略提供依据。方法采用横断面研究方法,选择2014年1月至2015年6月在我院健康体检的中年男性27827例为研究对象,分析有氧运动时间与AIP的关系。结果有氧运动〈1rain/周组、1~89min/周组和≥90min/周组的AIP均数分别为(0.1166±0.3448)、(0.1167±0.3264)和(0.0765±0.3287),〈1min/周组和1~89min/周组均显著高于≥90min/周组(均P〈0.05);多因素线性回归分析在调整了年龄、体重指数、舒张压、空腹血糖及尿酸对AIP的影响后,有氧运动仍能显著降低AIP水平;≥90min/周组的动脉硬化高危人群(AIP≥0.21)比例显著低于〈1min/周组和1~89min/周组(均P〈0.05),〈1min/周组和1~89min/周组之比差异无统计学意义。结论有氧运动时间与AIP密切相关,每周中等有氧运动时间≥90rain即可获得心血管健康效益,降低动脉硬化风险。 To investigate the relationship between the duration of moderate-intensity aerobic exercise and the atherogenic index of plasma(AIP) in middle-aged men, in order to provide evidence to formulate strategies for the prevention of cardiovascular diseases. Methods A cross-sectional study was conducted in 27,827 middle-aged Chinese men who underwent health examinations at our hospital between January, 2014 and June, 2015. The correlation between the duration of moderate-intensity aerobic exercise and AIP was analyzed. Results The mean AIP levels were(0. 1166 ± 0. 3448), (0. 1167±0. 3264), and(0. 0765±0. 3287) in the 〈1 min/week group, 1-89 min/week group, and ≥90 min/week group, respectively. AIP levels were higher in the 〈1 min/W group and 1-89min/W group than in the ≥90 min/W group(both P〈0.05). Multiple linear regression analysis showed that physical activity significantly reduced AIP after adjustment for age, body mass index, diastolic blood pressure, fasting blood glucose and uric acid levels. The percentage of the population at high risk for atherosclerosis(AIP ≥ 0.21) was significantly lower in the ≥90 min/W group than in the〈1 min/W group and 1-89 min/W group(both P〈0. 05), while no significant difference was found between the 〈1min/W group and 1-89min/W group. Conclusions The duration of aerobic exercise has a close relationship with AIP. Moderate-intensity aerobic exercise at a weekly duration of 90 min or longer offers cardiovascular health benefits and reduces the risk for atherosclerosis.
