摘要
中交一航局鹤大高速公路ZT08标位于吉林省抚松县最北端。该标段场地狭小、林木茂盛、山高沟深,穿越大面积原始森林。而路基则多以挖方和半填半挖为主,最大挖方深度为40~50m,地形变化极大,使测量土石方工作产生了较高的难度,传统的计算方法在大量的数据和较大的地形变化下已经无法满足项目的施工需要,因此利用目前项目中常用的Excel数据处理软件的常用功能,对不同形式的路基、横断面及平面测量后的数据进行处理。文中主要介绍Excel散点图和路基坐标法断面计算的结合应用,同时通过AutoCAD及Excel在路基断面测量及土石方计算中的优缺点进行对比分析,从而合理运用软件的优点、规避软件使用中的不足之处。
The ZT08 Contract project of Hegang to Dalian Expressway is located in the northeast Fusong County of Jilin Province which is being carried out by CCCC First Harbor Engineering.The project site is narrow with luxuriant and virgin forest,high mountain and deep valley.Most of embankment are built by excavation,half fill and half cut,and the maximum excavation depth reaches 40~50 m with significant terrain variation,which lead high difficulty to measure the quantity of earthwork,and the traditional calculation methods are not able to meet the construction requirement with a large amount of data and great terrain change.Hence through the commonly used function of Excel data processing software and regarding the measured data for different type embankment,cross section and plan needing processing which is made by AutoCad to form drawing of plan and cross section.In the article the integral application of Excel scatter plot and subgrade coordinate method of calculation is introduced,and at the same time the advantages and disadvantages of calculation methods by AutoCAD and Excel for subgrade cross section measurement are compared and analyzed so as to achieve the reasonable use of software and avoid deficiency of software application.
