摘要
结合鹤大高速公路ZT07标段二道松花江特大桥主墩施工,介绍了高墩翻模施工工艺及施工中安全防护技术应用。实践表明,高墩施工采用翻模工艺,利用体外劲性骨架及防坠落网装置,既可保证施工作业人员安全,加快施工进度,又可保证墩柱施工质量,是高墩施工中一种较为科学合理的施工方法。
Combined with the main pier construction of the Second Songhuajiang River Bridge on the ZT07 Contract Section of the Heling-Dalian Expressway,the formwork rollover construction technology and safety protection technology of the high pier are introduced.The practice shows that the high pier construction with formwork rollover technologies,external rigid framework and anti-falling mesh device can ensure the safety of construction workers,speed up the construction progress,and ensure the construction quality of the pier column,which is a scientific and reasonable construction method in construction of high piers.
