Static softening behavior of ultra-high strength DP980 steel

摘要 采用Gleeble-3500热力模拟机对超高强双相钢DP980进行双道次压缩试验研究其在950~1150℃、道次间歇时间1~500 s条件下的静态软化行为,并建立了静态再结晶动力学模型。结果表明:相同变形条件下,软化程度随温度升高而加强;相同温度下,随道次间歇时间的延长,软化率增加。DP980双相钢静态再结晶软化50%所需时间t_(0.5)=5.98×10^(-18)ε^(-4.36)ε^(0.53)d_0exp(341 594/RT),静态再结晶的激活能Q_s=341.6 kJ/mol。静态再结晶动力学模型为X_s=1-exp[-0.693(t/t_(0.5))^(0.49)],对比试验与计算结果,模型能很好地预测静态再结晶软化率。 Static softening behavior of ultra high strength dual phase DP980 steel was investigated under the condition of 950-1150 ℃ and 1-500 s inter-pass time by double pass compression test using Gleeble-3500 thermal simulator, and static recrystallization kinetics model of the steel, was built. The results show that under the same deformation condition, softening degree is increased with temperature raising; under the same temperature, the softening rate is increased with the interval time prolonging. For static recrystallization softening 50% of DP980 steel the required time t_(0.5)=5.98×10^(-18)ε^(-4.36)ε^(0.53)d_0exp(341 594/RT), the static recrystallization activation energy Qn = 341.6 kJ/mol. The static recrystallization kinetics model is as followsX_s=1-exp[-0.693(t/t_(0.5))^(0.49)], comparing with the test and the calculation results, the model can well predict the static reerystallization softening rate.
