连续退火温度对IF钢力学性能及织构的影响 被引量:14

Influence of continuous annealing temperature on mechanical properties and texture of IF steel

摘要 研究了连续退火温度对IF钢退火板织构和力学性能的影响。结果表明,随着退火温度的升高,IF钢退火板强度下降,伸长率升高,屈强比降低,塑性应变比例r值增加,加工硬化指数n值变化不明显。IF钢退火板的织构以γ织构为主。退火温度为720℃时,退火板中仍存在少量的{001}<110>织构组分,γ织构组分分布不均匀。退火温度高于760℃时,退火板中{001}<110>织构组分消失。随着退火温度的升高,γ织构组分强度增加,并且γ织构组分的均匀性增强。 Effects of continuous annealing temperature on texture and mechanical properties of IF steel were studied. The results show that with annealing temperature rising, strength and yield ratio of the annealed strip decrease, while elongation and plastic strain ratio r value rise, and the change of work hardening n value is not obvious. The main texture of IF steel annealed strip is γ texture. When annealed at 720 ℃, a small quantity of {001 } 〈 110 〉 texture remains in the annealed strip, and γ texture distribution is not uniform. As annealing temperature higher than 760 ℃, {001} 〈 110 〉 texture disappeares. The strength and homogeneity of γ texture enhance with annealing temperature rising.
