摘要
研究了冷轧高强IF钢在810℃退火保温不同时间下的组织及织构,以及加入稀土对高强IF钢组织及织构的影响。结果表明:高强IF钢810℃退火时,保温时间低于15 s时再结晶已经开始;加稀土的试样,保温45 s与60 s时,{111}<112>织构均比{111}<110>织构强,但60 s时的{111}面织构均匀性较好。由于稀土的加入,退火后高强IF钢的铁素体晶粒得到细化,硬度升高,且造成较强的α纤维织构与较弱的γ纤维织构,减缓了变形织构强度降低的速率,延迟了再结晶过程;同时{111}面织构的均匀性变差。
Microstructure and textures of the cold-rolled high-strength IF steel annealed at 810 ℃ for different holding time were researched, and effect of rare earth adding on structure and textures was also researched. The results show that annealed at 810 ℃, the recrystallization of high-strength IF steel has already begun when holding time is less than 15 s. for the sample with RE, { 111 } 〈 112 〉 texture is stronger than the { 111 }〈 110 〉 texture when the holding time is 45 s and 60 s, but compared with the 45 s, the uniformity of { 111 } plane texture is better at holding time 60 s. Due to rare earth is added, grain of high strength IF steel is refined after annealing, the hardness increase, and it results in a strong α fiber texture and weaker γ fiber texture. It causes that reducing rate of the strength of deformation is more slow, and delays the recrystallization process, at the same time, but the uniformity of { 111 } plane texture becomes worse.
