Surface defects analysis of guide roller and its countermeasures

摘要 从微观形貌、金相组织、硬度等方面入手,对导辊表面"鼓包"变形进行了分析。结果表明,导辊表面变形实为基体"体积缩沉",其主要原因是冷却系统不稳定造成表面马氏体受热分解导致的体积收缩。 surface bulge deformation of guide roller was analyzed by means of micro-morphology, microstructure and hardness. The results show that surface deformation is actually matrix volume-shrinkage, that result from martensite decomposition due to unstable cooling system.
