摘要 摘要铁矿石烧结过程是二噁英产生的重要来源,烧结烟气的复杂性和二噁英的痕量/超痕量特性使二嚼英的检测成为难题。针对铁矿石烧结特性,制定了适用于烧结杯实验和烧结机现场的二噁英采样方法,采用高分辨气相色谱(HRGC)/高分辨质谱(HRMS)对烟气中的二噁英进行检测。通过检测分析,4种采样内标物质回收率均在75%~110%,说明采样及检测过程准确、可靠,烧结杯实验和烧结机现场烟气的二嚼英毒性当量浓度分别为0.50、0.43figTEQ/m3,与权威机构检测结果基本吻合,该方法可为铁矿石烧结过程二嚼英检测提供技术支持。 Iron ore sintering process was an important source of dioxin. The complexity of sintering flue gas and the trace/ultra-trace features of dioxin making it difficult to detect dioxin during the iron ore sintering. Based on char- acteristic of.sintering process,a flue gas dioxin sampling method which was suitable for iron ore sintering pot and sin- tering machine was designed separately. The isotope dilution high resolution gas chromatography (HRGC)-high reso- lution mass spectrometry (HRMS) was employed to detect the dioxin. The results showed that the recovery rates of four kinds sampling internal standard substance were ranged 75%-110% ,that was to say the sampling and detection process was accurate and reliable. The dioxin concentration of sintering pot and sintering machine detected by this method was 0.50,0.43 ng TEQ/ma , respectively. The results of this method were quite consistent with the authorita- tive institution. This method provided the technical support for dioxin detection of sintering flue gas.
