摘要
开发并搭建了一套用于纯电动客车的带经济器补气型热泵空调系统实验台,进行了车外各低温环境温度不补气与补气模式下的供热性能实验研究。实验研究结果表明:在车外环境为-20℃超低温环境温度下,经济器补气型热泵空调系统较不补气热泵系统制热量增加54.98%,排气温度降低15℃左右,COP提高41.2%,可较好地解决普通热泵空调低温制热性能差的突出问题。
A set of heat - pump air conditioning system for bus driven by electricity with economizer was developed. An experimental study on heat - supply performance at a mode of with air compensition or not was conducted at low temperature. The experimental results show that with vapor injection system heating capacity can be increased by 54.98% , discharge temperature can be lower 15℃, COP can be increased by 41.2% at the ambient temperature of -20 ℃outside the bus compared with that without vapor injection. It can solve ordinary differential low - temperature heat pump heating performance of outstanding issues.
