抑郁症快感缺失的神经环路基础研究 被引量:14

摘要 抑郁症现已成为严重的公共健康问题,中国人群抑郁症发生率高达6%[1].抑郁症常反复发作,致残率高,自杀死亡率为15%~25%[2].根据WHO预测,到2030年抑郁症在全球的总负担将升至第一位.抑郁症的病因和病理生理机制至今不明,遗传、神经生物和社会心理因素及其相互作用均有可能与抑郁症发病相关.为克服复杂性疾病的遗传学研究所面临的问题,研究者提出了精神疾病内表型的概念.
